David has nearly 30 years experience in the insurance industry. A wealth of knowledge gained in the UK commercial and personal lines area having previously worked for Equity Red Star and more recently J R Clare Underwriting Agencies.
David started in the provincial broker market and moved into the London market in the early 1990’s primarily dealing with claims before moving to the underwriting side in 1995.
David has developed numerous schemes over the years with an innovative approach to risk acceptance and pricing.
David is a member of the Lloyd’s Market Association UK Property Business Panel.

Danny is one of the founders of JRP Underwriting. Danny specialises in underwriting UK and Ireland Commercial Property risks and has just over 30 years underwriting experience, most of these gained in the Lloyd's and London market environment with J R Clare, Equity Red Star, Avon and NIG.
In addition to underwriting Commercial Property, Danny also has experience in writing motor, PA and liability risks. Professionally, Danny is Cert CII qualified and gained a distinction in his Lloyd's LIT test. In 2019 Danny was made a Freeman of the City of London.
Away from work, Danny is a keen Arsenal supporter and enjoys socialising over a good pint.

Peter joined JRP Underwriting in February 2010 and has almost 30 years underwriting experience in the London market, specialising in UK MD/BI insurance. Prior to JRP Underwriting, Peter worked with QBE, AIG, Avon and NIG most recently managing a variety of schemes and delegated arrangements.
Peter is a keen golfer who spends most of his holidays playing golf around the world.
For nearly 30 years, Peter has played bassoon for the Dartford Symphony Orchestra.

In 2009, Steve went back into Underwriting as a Senior Underwriter for Woodbrook Underwriting Agencies writing, Liability & Property risks. In 2013 he left to join Amlin UK as a Senior Casualty Underwriter, writing SME Commercial UK & Irish business and managing various delegated binders and lineslips.
Steve joined JRP in May 2018 as a Senior Casualty Underwriter to write SME, Commercial UK & Irish Liability business.
Outside of work, Steve supports West Ham and also coaches rugby for the mini's age groups at Sidcup RFC. He also enjoys a golf day or two!
